Zac is a first Vice President Sales and Leasing with Crossroads Properties. Zac’s career in commercial real estate begin in 2015 as an intern where he gained and honed valuable skills in unique office space management and leasing for properties in the Saint Paul Metro area. He emphasizes account- based brokerage, site and space development, and unique office spaces. He oversees the east metro with Minnesota grown knowledge and integrity, promising new clients the best outcome.
Pursuing his education locally, he graduated from St. Thomas University with a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship Business Administration. Upon graduating in 2016 he filled a full time role in our leasing and property management departments. In March 0f 2019 Zac joined our President of Sales and Leasing Mark Young by accepting a new role as Vice President Sales and Leasing. Mark and Zac make a dynamic team.

Buyer Representation to Purchase -Utilizing experience managing commercial buildings allows Zac to provide valuable insight into property selection, price negotiation and operating the building after the purchase has closed.
Listing Commercial Property – Zac represents building owners looking to optimize their real estate asset through monthly cash flow by leasing or the sale of a property.
