Service requests should now be submitted on the Tenant Portal through AppFolio. If you are a team member who does not have access to the tenant portal, you may need to contact an owner/manager of your business. PLEASE NOTE: urgent requests should always be submitted by calling (651) 731-0708.
Voicemail and e-mail will be checked daily. Please let us know the nature of the request as well as the urgency and we will route it to the appropriate operations personnel. If there is an URGENT request and you do not reach a live person, follow the instructions on the outgoing message.
