Crossroads Properties Tenant Newsletter

October 2010
It continues to be a busy fall for everyone at Crossroads.  We have had several tenants expand and have been working on new tenant build outs as well.  Our operations crew has been working very hard with these projects, in addition to our regular fall maintenance!  Lets just hope the snow doesn’t start falling for a while!

Please see below for information on a fundraiser benefitting Mammograms in Action, this Saturday 10/23, sponsered by a tenant at Crossroads Commerce Center.

We have heard from several employees that they do not receive the newsletter.  We would appreciate it if you would forward this link to your employees.  If you received this link by forward and would like to be added to the mailing list, please let Dawn know by email

Does your company have something you would like included in our newsletter?  If so, send me an email

Blood Drive

It has been nearly a year since our last blood drive. We have not hosted one recently due to minimal interest.  But I am hoping we can once again “rally the troops” and get participation.  Every two seconds someone needs blood. And only you can help.

If you or someone you know might be interested in particpating in a blood drive hosted by Crossroads Properties, please send me an email (  This is not a commitment, but just indication of interest.  If I get enough interest, I can schedule a drive and then make appointments.  But, I need at least 20 people to show interest to set a date.  Below are a couple of links that provide helpful information.
