We have made it thorough our busiest month ever! We had 9 occupancies in the final week of October and are thrilled to have so many new tenants. We continue to stay busy with leasing activity and our occupancy rates overall are reaching 90%!

In addition, we have hired two new Operations Technicians: Mike Gagan and Bill Feriancek. Please congratulate and welcome them as you find the opportunity.

The cold is just around the corner and we know the snow season will be here soon as well (just think if all the rain this week would have been snow!). The Crossroads Properties operations team and our plowing contractor will be working hard to clear the snow from parking lots and sidewalks as needed. The goal is to have the major work completed by 7:00 AM. Of course when the snow comes during the day, all attempts will be made to minimize challenges for human and vehicle mobility. Please drive and walk with caution when the snow plows are active, and feel free to contact us if you notice any dangerous conditions. If you need to leave a vehicle overnight for any reason please contact us so we can provide a location that will least impact the snow removal. For warehouse tenants with direct trash service, please keep containers inside, with the exception of pick-up day. The plowing contractor does not come back and clear out containers that have been plowed in. Thank you for your cooperation.
There's a space waiting for you. We're here to help you find it.
