It has been a busy winter for us at Crossroads! Aside from working with new tenants and accomodating current tenant changes, we have had some growth ourselves.
In January, we welcomed the addition of seasoned commercial real estate veterans Jim Edberg and Mark Young as Vice Presidents in our new Sales and Leasing Division. Jim and Mark are well known, experienced individuals and the addition of this talented team allows us to service our clients beyond our historical capability. We’ll more appropriately be able to meet the specific needs of our tenants. We are fortunate to have them join us. With the addition of Mark and Jim to our team, we have expanded our offices. We’d love to have you stop by and check out our new space and meet Mark and Jim. You can also visit our newly updated website to learn more about Mark Young and Jim Edberg.
At Crossroads Properties, we take pride in meeting the needs of our tenants. In recent months we have been able to accommodate the expansion needs of several tenants. The following businesses outgrew their space and have moved into larger suites:
Rove Pest Control moved from the Crossroads Building to the Crossroads Business Center 2.
White Glove Cleaning moved from the Crossroads Commerce Center to Crossroad Business Center.
St. Jude’s Hospice stayed in the Crossroads of Oakdale project, but moved to a larger suite in the building.
Intertek Testing Services also expanded into an adjacent suite in the Crossroads of Oakdale II project.
Professional Drain Services has expanded to take additional space in the Crossroads Building.
All of us at Crossroads would like to congratulate all of the companies listed above on their recent success.
We would also like to welcome the following new tenants to Crossroads:

FLS Connect in our 7300 Building has storage boxes available. Due to the nature of their business, they go through a significant amount of paper. Rather than dumping the boxes, they save them to be re-used. If you or someone you know could use some sturdy boxes contact Coleta at firstname.lastname@example.org. They have two types of boxes one that fit 10 reams of letter and the other fit 10 reams of legal paper.
There's a space waiting for you. We're here to help you find it.
