Plastic Film Recycling

We are now implementing our plastic bags and film packaging recycling program. There will be collection bins located in the trash rooms of at 7200 Hudson Blvd, 7300 Hudson Blvd, 700 and 710 Commerce Drive. Plastic bags and plastic wraps make up the category “plastic film.” This includes everything from grocery and bread bags to shrink wrap and paper towel film. Some more examples of Plastic film are: Newspaper Bags, Case Wrap, Air Pillows, Packaging and Retail Bags. Recycled plastic bags and wraps can become new packaging or durable home building products. Summer Temperatures Reminder:

Although we have experienced mild temperatures so far this summer, we want to remind our tenants how to help minimize the heat load in their suite during extreme heat and humidity conditions.

One of the easiest ways to help keep your office cool is to make sure that your blinds are closed, especially first thing in the morning.  It is a good idea to close the blinds before you leave at night, especially if you have windows on the East side of the building.

Minimizing other sources of heat, such as lighting, computers, and other office machines by turning them off when not in use will help to keep the conditions cool as well.

We appreciate your cooperation, and continue to do all we can to ensure our tenants are comfortable.  If you do experience uncomfortable conditions in your suite, please don’t hesitate to contact the service department directly at 651-731-0708 or e-mail Service@crossroadsproperties.net.
