Crossroads Properties has exciting updates to share with you, including:  new tenants,  expansion of our portfolio, holiday hours and more.

Holiday Hours

Crossroads Properties offices will be closed on Monday December 25th and Monday January 1st in observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day. For any URGENT issues when our office is closed please call our main line at 651-731-0708 and follow the instructions on the outgoing message to be connected to a live operator.

Addition to our portfolio

On 12/19/17 Crossroads Properties has added a building to our portfolio.  The project is Crossroads on Hadley and it is located at 7013-7049 6th Street North in Oakdale.  It is a 56,785 SF Industrial/Flex building, with standard bay sizes in the 5,000 SF range with a mix of loading docks and drive in doors.  It is a great addition to our inventory of space in the area.   Our website will be updated soon with additional details on the building.  We would like to officially welcome all tenants of Crossroads on Hadley to our Crossroads Family!

Crossroads Commerce Center: 650-710 Commerce Drive, Woodbury

Jerry Robertson – with Techicited! whom many of you know because he has provided low voltage wiring services, has relocated his office and added a fitness studio called “The Tribe”.  He is now operating at 700 Commerce Drive, Suite 185.  Are you looking to create a better life? We’d like to welcome Polar Pharmacy and Medical Supplies to Suite 230 at 670 Commerce Drive.  They have been in their suite for a couple months and are getting settled into their new home.

Oakridge East Professional Building 675 Nicollet Blvd E, Burnsville

After 15 years in Suite 200 at 675 Nicollet Blvd East, Minnesota Oncology has relocated and expanded into Suite 100 this week!  We are grateful to continue to have the opportunity to provide space for their clinic.  For a link to their website, click here

In the News

  • Solar Energy – We have recently equipped the 7300 Hudson Blvd with solar panels.    This brings the total to three buildings with solar panel systems in our portfolio. We believe that use of solar energy has a positive impact on the environment and  provides a valuable improvement to our buildings.  We have seen a significant savings on our electric bills at each of the properties as well!   • Trent Cole with Strategic Practice Management, a tenant at 680 Commerce Drive, was recently named Business of the Year by the Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce.  Congratulations to Trent and his team on receiving this honor.

Crossroads Operations Team

As you are likely aware, our Operations Team has changed in recent months.  After Ward Johnson’s retirement this fall, we added Juan Mora to our team.  Juan comes to us with over 8 years of experience in building maintenance.  We are very excited to have him on our team!  Ward and Debbie are enjoying their time together in retirement with more travel and time with their children and grandchildren.  We do still expect to see Ward around from time to time, be sure to say hi when you see him!   You may also notice some changes in who is on site at your building as we shuffle the team around to best meet the needs of our properties and tenants.   Keep in mind for all service requests follow the procedures below:
