Mark joined Crossroads Properties as a Commercial Real Estate advisor in 2011. He brings over 20 years of experience to the Sales and Leasing team. As Senior Vice President of the Sales and Leasing team, he specializes in representation services while providing value to businesses looking to buy/sell or lease commercial real estate in the Twin Cities Metro area. Mark's background includes expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and strategic business planning. His success in commercial real estate can be attributed to his knowledge of the market and skill in building lasting relationships with his clients.  

A graduate of St. Cloud University, Mark earned his Business degree in Risk Management and Insurance.

Zac has over 8 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience and began his role as Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Crossroads in 2019, following his initiation into our leasing and management department as a Leasing Administrator in 2016. His primary focus is on delivering value to clients seeking to buy, sell, or lease commercial real estate in the East Metro, leveraging his extensive knowledge and relationships within this market. 
  
Zac holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship Business Administration from St. Thomas University. He places a strong emphasis on real estate transactions by focusing on client needs and delivering detailed financial analysis and strategic planning. Zac excels in the identification and implementation of creative and unconventional strategies to achieve optimal results.

Dawn has been an integral part of the Crossroads team since 2004, starting as an Administrative Assistant with a keen interest in providing professional office support services while balancing the responsibilities of raising a family. Her academic background includes a degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Morris, complemented by ongoing education in financial planning, insurance, and business management. This diverse background laid the foundation for her seamless transition into the role of Sales and Leasing Administrator. Dawn oversees all leasing related tasks within the Crossroads portfolio and provides essential support to the Sales and Leasing team.  

With a wealth of experience in various aspects of Crossroads leasing and property management, Dawn approaches her role with intentional integrity and insight. She brings a unique perspective to interactions with prospective tenants and brokers, contributing to the success and growth of the Crossroads portfolio.
