As you may know, Zac Houle has been with Crossroad Properties as an intern since January of 2015. In May, he graduated from the University of St. Thomas and has now joined Crossroads Properties full-time. He will be working with new and existing tenants with leasing as well as continue to provide support to our Sales and Leasing team. In addition, we have added another maintenance technician. Tom Noye joined our team in June and is working hard to get to know all of our buildings and tenants! Please welcome him when you have the opportunity.
Crossroads Properties 7500 and 2757 Hudson Blvd N
Crossroads Properties recently purchased the building at 2757 Hudson Blvd N previously owned by Tanners Lake N Sport Center. Our team has been working around the clock the past few weeks to prepare the building for a new tenant. Absolute Towing, currently at 7500 Hudson Blvd N will be expanding and relocating to the building this month.
We would like to welcome AZ Sports Group to the 680 Building at Crossroads Commerce Center. They are the operators of MN Ice Men and the Ice Cougar AAA hockey programs, Icemen Prospects Tool and Caribou Cup AAA Tournament. www.mnicemen.com
Lindamood-Bell has returned for a second year, hosting their summer programs in Suite 250 at 670 Commerce Drive. They believe that all children and adults can be taught to read and comprehend to their potential. They identify strengths and weaknesses that may be be affecting school performance in reading, comprehension, and math. Their instruction is based on an individual’s learning needs. Some students come to them with previous diagnoses such as dyslexia, autism spectrum disorders, or general learning challenges—and they make a difference for each of them. As a friendly reminder, Crossroads Properties does not recycle electronics or appliances and they are not to be put in with the regular trash. If you have electronics or appliances you need to dispose of, you can bring them to the Washington County Environmental Center. They will take these items free of charge and are open to residents of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin and Ramsey counties. Proof of county residency, such as a driver’s license is required.
