The Crossroads Commerce Center buildings offer over 200,000 square feet of office, office/showroom, and office/warehouse space. The 700 and 710 Buildings are two stories, totalling approximately 82,000 square feet comprised of OFFICE/SHOWROOM suites on the first floor, and CLASS A SUBURBAN OFFICE SPACE on the second floor. The 690 Building is single story office/warehouse totaling approximately 16,000 square feet.  The 670 and 680 buildings are two stories with a combined total of 57,000 SF of OFFICE/WAREHOUSE and the first floor and OFFICE on the second floor.  The 650 building is the newest addition to the project, it is a  with 38,000 SF MEDICAL OFFICE and OFFICE/SHOWROOM space.

Allowed uses include: office, showroom, warehousing, light industrial, assembly, distribution, and research facilities. The buildings are located within 40 minutes of the entire metropolitan area, just ½ mile South of I-94 and ½ mile West of Woodbury Drive (Co. Road 19).
