Congratulations to Scott Carlson from Paul Davis Restoration Services who was the winner of the drawing for the stay at the Wildwood Lodge in May.  See below for this month’s contest.

We are excited to report that we have dates scheduled for our tenant appreciation cook-outs.  Please see below for specifics regarding the event at your location.

Congratulations to TPC on their recent expansion into Suite 140 in the 7250, after only 6 months in their existing suite they discovered a need for more space.

Scout Inc. will soon be operating their business at 645 Hayward Ave.  They provide web based inventory management for eCommerce, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Healthcare.  Check them out at www.scoutsft.com

Clearwater Paper Consumer Products Division  will be occupying Suite 210 at 680 Commerce Drive.  They produce a complete selection of bath tissue, facial tissue, paper towels and napkins with quality tiers from economy to Ultra-Premium.  They have been dedicated to private label tissue since 1964, with production facilities from coast to coast.

Congratulations to Opus21 on their upcoming expansion and lease extension in our 680 Building.

Argenta Advisors now operates out of Suite 205 at 670 Commerce Drive.  They provide a comprehensive range of reimbursement consulting services throughout a medical technology’s life cycle that are designed to be strategically integrated with the rest of your business in order to help achieve your objectives.

Miroslavich Photograpy will soon occupy Suite 100 in the 700 Building.  They are a full-service boutique studio that specializes in relationship portraiture to create unique, compelling photography.  They capture your family as they really are – whether that’s silly, quiet, sassy or playful.  They photograph in the studio and on location. Get to know the Crossroads Team:

This summer you will see a couple additional members on the Operations team working on keeping our grounds in good condition.  Our summer crew is made up of family members of our management team.

Catie Johnson is the team leader and is David’s daughter.  She has been working for Crossroads during the summers since she was eight years old. She teaches 5th grade in South Washington County during the school year.

Kellen Wessels is Dawn’s son. He is going to be a Senior at Stillwater Area High School in the fall.  He is on the Cross Country, Nordic Skiing and Track teams at school and plays upright bass in the orchestra.
