From everyone at Crossroads Properties, we wish you a safe and happy holiday weekend.  Our offices will be closed on Monday in observance of Labor Day.  As always, for any after hours urgent issues, please call our main line at 651-731-0708 and follow the instructions to be connected to our on-call service.

Crossroads Properties is hiring a new Director of Operations.  Joe Lancaster, who has been with Crossroads for eight years, is making a career change.  We wish him well in his new ventures.  He will continue in his role for the next several weeks as we make the transition.  If you know someone who may be interested and qualified for this position, please have them email Dawn at dwessels@crossroadsproperties.net for additional details.

Beginning in September, Schotzko Chiropractic will be operating at their new office in Suite 120 at 700 Commerce Drive.  They specialize in car accident injuries and adult chiropractic care.  For additional information services provided, visit their website: www.chiropractorswoodbury.com

We’d also like to congratulate Behavior Therapy Solutions on their third expansion in the 700 Building and fourth with Crossroads. The new suite will be four times the size as their original space.

This fall, both the Republican and Democratic parties are leasing campaign space at Crossroads of Oakdale.

Treasured Transportation now operates in Suite 307 at 7500 Hudson Blvd.  They provide student transportation for homeless and special needs students. Click here for more details.

Recycling

As you may know Crossroads Properties was awarded a Container Grant through the Washington/Ramsey County Resource Recovery Project at the properties where we provide trash and recycling services. The containers were distributed in July, but we do have some additional bins if you did not order any at that time or if you need more. As a result of the efforts Crossroads has made, we were recently recognized by the City of Oakdale as the recipient of the Green Acorn Award in the Commercial/Institutional Category.  This annual award recognizes property owners in Oakdale who have demonstrated proactive initiatives to protect the environment, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and/or saving energy through property maintenance and innovative green home practices.

Special Event

The Breath Easy Music Festival benefiting Cystic Fibrosis will be held at Mill City Nights this year.  This event was started by one of our tenants and is significant fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Check our their website for more details.
