Crossroads Properties  Newsletter

April  2015
Thank you to all who have taken the time to complete the survey that we sent out on Friday March 27th.  Zac has been reviewing the responses and making follow-up appointments with some tenants.  We appreciate your participation as the data collected will help us improve services provided by Crossroads Properties.  If you have not yet completed the survey, please do so by April 10th so Zac can complete his project.

Recycling efforts continue at all of our properties.  Read below for details on new recycling services we will be offering.

In addition, read below for upcoming events, a donation request and a job positing.

Do you have an event, offer, job posting, etc. you would like to share with Crossroads Tenants?  Click to email Dawn with the details.

Recycling Efforts

Coming soon!
Crossroads Properties will be providing plastic film recycling collection containers at the following buildings: 7200 Hudson, 7300 Hudson, 700 Commerce, 710 Commerce, 600 Inwood and 675 Nicollet. Office/Warehouse tenants interested in collecting plastic film can contact our service department for details on options available to you.

Save paper
In an effort to reduce paper use, keep in mind that you do not need to send a copy of your statement with payments to Crossroads.  As long as your company is identified in some way on the check we will be able to identify the proper account.

Donation Opportunity

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® locations across the country and internationally are collecting donations for local women’s and family shelters for delivery on Mother’s Day. Collections began mid-March and run until Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10.

The purpose of the program is to recognize those moms living in shelters this Mother’s Day by arranging delivery of small gifts for women who are victims of domestic abuse or homelessness.

The group they are supporing is Cornerstone (http://cornerstonemn.org/).  For over 30 years, Cornerstone staff have been serving adults and children traumatized by unhealthy, destructive relationships based on power and control. Throughout their history, they have dedicated themselves to helping people build healthy and violence-free lives for themselves and their families.
